We are always looking for new ideas for serving drinks at home. Check out the flavors of these cocktail and soda mixers from Portland Syrups for some fresh inspiration! I am excited to add this Ginger syrup to my fiance’s favorite Moscow Mule for an extra kick!
Doesn’t this blend of Hibiscus and Cardamon sounds amazing? Hibiscus flower, rose hip and toasted cardamom add depth and subtle spicing. Try this mixer with clear liquors such and vodka and gin, or splash a half-teaspoon in a champagne cocktail.
This Vanilla-Spice Rooibos Syrup smells wonderful and will add layers of depth to your drink. The rooibos base notes of honey and soft peach mix well with brandy, whiskey, or light rum.
The Rose City Tonic sounds sophisticated just in its name alone! This syrup is made from a concentrate that is brewed from South American Cinchona bark, with rose petals for added floral notes. It is sweetened with pure cane sugar, and no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives are added.
The Root Beer cocktail and soda syrup is made with whole sarsaparilla root and a blend of toasted spices and sounds amazing! The whole-bean vanilla and warming spices match beautifully with bourbons and rums, and the star anise works well with absinthe. I am going to try mixing it with sparkling water, or drizzle it over ice cream for dessert.
All of these syrups would look great on your cocktail or soda fountain bar, and could add an extra special touch to any party. Shop for them here at Citron.
